Salary Is Not Everything

We will say it again.  Your salary is not everything.  It's definitely important, but it's also not everything.  Especially a starting salary that ay only last a year or two.  Don't be so foolish.

For example, what if you are fired or laid off and then unemployed for a year?  What if you aren't happy?  What if you end up owing the employer large sums because of tricks and traps in your contract?  How much and how likely is the buy-in?

Examining the whole package to know what is fair (all the money at stake, factors about your safety and happiness, and much more) is MedAccord's business.  All the while, maintaining the employer’s trust by being honest, polite, and prompt – and objective.

We save you and the employer heartache and money by making a solid match.  Not being short-sighted only about a starting salary if the signals aren't good for a lasting relationship.
